LiFePO4 (LFP) offers significant advantages in safety and cycle lifespan. While NMC packs can be slightly smaller and lighter, they typically fail after 500-800 cycles and exhibit higher thermal runaway risks under impact or damage. A LFP battery, however, delivers 2800+ cycles at 100% Depth of Discharge (DOD) and maintains structural stability, passing the acupuncture test without igniting.
We formulate LFP cells with specialized electrolyte additives that permit stable electrochemical ion transfer at temperatures as low as -40 ℃ up to 85 ℃. For extreme environments, our smart BMS monitors cell surface temperature and dynamically limits charging or discharging rates to protect the internal chemistry.
